কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না। তাই একবার কোর্স ক্রয় করার পর আপনি কোনো রিফান্ড পাবেন না। আমরা আপনাকে পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি যে, কোর্স ক্রয় করার আগে নিচের বিষয়গুলো ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে তারপর সিদ্ধান্ত নিন।

1. কোর্সের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখুন:  প্রতিটি কোর্সের বিষয়বস্তু, পাঠ্যসূচি এবং শেখানোর পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জেনে নিন। প্রতিটি কোর্সে আপনি কী শিখবেন, কোর্সের মেয়াদ কতদিন, এবং কোর্সে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য পূর্বশর্তগুলো কী, তা যাচাই করে নিন। এতে আপনি কোর্সটি আপনার জন্য সঠিক কিনা, তা নির্ধারণ করতে পারবেন।

2. আমাদের অন্যান্য সুবিধা এবং বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলো সম্পর্কে জানুন:  আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানে যে সব সুবিধা ও বৈশিষ্ট্য প্রদান করা হয়, সেগুলো সম্পর্কে জানুন। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, কোর্স শেষে সার্টিফিকেট, কোর্স শেষে জব প্লেসমেন্ট সহায়তা, বিশেষ ওয়ার্কশপ বা সাপোর্ট সেশনের সুযোগ ইত্যাদি সুবিধা রয়েছে কিনা তা যাচাই করে নিন।

3. ভর্তি হওয়ার পর ব্যাচ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না:  একবার ভর্তি হয়ে গেলে, ব্যাচ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না। তাই ভর্তি হওয়ার আগে আপনি কোন ব্যাচে যুক্ত হতে চান এবং ব্যাচের সময়সূচি আপনার জন্য উপযুক্ত কিনা, তা যাচাই করুন। ব্যাচ পরিবর্তনের সুযোগ না থাকায়, ভর্তি হওয়ার আগে এই সিদ্ধান্তটি সতর্কতার সাথে নিতে হবে।

4. পূর্বের/নমুনা ক্লাস ভিডিও দেখুন: কোর্সের শিক্ষণ পদ্ধতি, ইনস্ট্রাকটরের দক্ষতা, এবং সামগ্রিক শিক্ষা মান সম্পর্কে ধারণা পেতে আমাদের পূর্বের বা নমুনা ক্লাস ভিডিওগুলো দেখুন। এই ভিডিওগুলো আপনাকে বুঝতে সাহায্য করবে যে কোর্সটি আপনার শেখার উদ্দেশ্য এবং মানের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ কিনা।

2. Learn About Our Facilities and Additional Features:  Familiarize yourself with the additional facilities and features offered by our institution. For example, find out if the course includes a certificate upon completion, job placement assistance, special workshops, or support sessions. These features can significantly enhance your learning experience.

3. Batch Changes Are Not Allowed After Admission: Once you are admitted to a course, changing your batch is not possible. Therefore, carefully consider which batch you want to join and whether the schedule fits your availability. Since there is no option to switch batches later, make this decision with caution.

4. Watch Previous/Sample Class Videos:  To gain a clear understanding of the teaching style, instructor expertise, and overall quality of education, watch our previous or sample class videos. These videos will help you assess whether the course aligns with your learning objectives and standards.
